I had my first interview w/ HRBP to review and understand my previous experiences, expectations and interest to the role/PepsiCo. Then I had another session w/ hiring manager to go into details of my background and achievements. Finally had a session w/ Hiring Manager and function lead.

Not too bad! Some tricky questions but really lovely hiring team who made me feel comfortable. Basic STAR technique is what they were looking for during the competency questions, and there was an unseen task to complete
