Interview process was very streamlined and quick. I had 2 rounds of interviews and the first panel had 2 interviewers - one from HR(HRBP) and one from Marketing (hiring manager). Second round panel were respective department heads. Everyone made me comfortable and asked relevant questions to the role I applied. Overall it seemed like a conversation rather than a grilling interview!

Pros - good questions, clear salary input Cons - slow process, not the most communicative and in the end withdrew offer because they needed a jr marketing manager level. strange to then post this role
