At first I was contacted by HR to do phone interview (20 min). I was then invited to do on site interview with plant director, technical manger. This was followed by an interview with department head who would be my boss in the future.

A long and drawn-out process with situational job questions. 4 interview rounds including phone screening by a recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, an assessment interview followed by a final interview with the Plant Director and HR.

Interview process was extremely long and tedious. The entire process took about two months in total with three different interviews. First interview with hiring manager and second with hiring manager as well as HR. Questions were straight forward.
