Very in depth interview , asked me star based questions, about my experience, technical questions relating to the job to ensure you know everything about the role in question, interviewers were nice , there were 3 of them

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso PepsiCo (New York, NY) nel mese di nov 2019
Colloquio
The recruiter contacted me and then few days later interviewed with the hiring manger. The hiring manager interview was straightforward and went very well. During the interview I was told by the hiring manager whom I will be meeting and how the job is a good fit.
Now the HR recruiting game started. My candidacy was transferred to another junior level HR staff who sends me 2 assessment - Critical Reasoning and Personality - about 2 -3 hours. Only if you score is above the threshold you move further in hiring process. I cleared the 2 assessment so now they send me assessment 3-4 after few days - Situational Judgment and Background Information Inventory - about 2-3 hours. I cleared the 3rd assessment but HR mentioned that the 4th Work Inventory score was below the threshold. The fact is the 4th assessment was straightforward work history information nothing critical.
This is what I call Systematic Elimination of candidacy based on background not merits.
