Behavioral Interview for 30- 35 min long. Interview for operations position at Frito-lay. I was interview by two employee from Maryland location. Make sure you know about mission and vision of PepsiCo and how you relate with the company. They had suggested to respond in STAR method. Unfortunately, I didn't get position ,and it was my fault. I was not prepared at all.

The interview process is very fast, about 2-3 rounds, the first is self-introduction, and then ask the understanding of the position, some classic P&G eight questions such as the difficulties encountered.

The interview was really nice! They asked me about myself, past experience, internet in sales. Mostly they want to know your personality. Outgoing, energetic, and positive energy will do you great in the interview! Understand what sales management is and make sure to express your past educational experiences that helped you understand this aspect of business.
