The interview was not structured nor organized. The expectation is for you to create a curriculum or course. There was no clear guidelines on your exact task or job duties.

I do not recall the exact questions. They do however ask you to create a slide show on a particular IT concept.
There were 2 rounds of interviews the first one was with the HR and the 2nd was a bit technical both were easy and you can pass them without any preparation
