The recruiter reached out to me first to confirm my availability for the job and then scheduled for me to have a phone conference interview with two of the managers. The interview was pretty laid back with one of the guys asking me questions first and then the other guy asking me questions afterwards. They spoke to me as one would expect to speak to another software engineer (they knew their stuff and spoke to me as an equal).
