3 sit downs, good conversation, and a tour. Meet with variety of people from the upper and mid level management and learn about the company and facilities. Very nice building and the people are great. Office space is very nice.

I received a call from HR when I applied online for the position. I didn't want to waste my time, so I asked what the salary range was. HR would not answer. I decided to go in. It was a very laid back interview process. I interviewed with 3 people. Two interviewers said they were impressed with my portfolio. After about a week, I received an email saying they went with another candidate. Hogwash! They are still looking for someone. HR lied to me and wasted my time for a senior level position. Just come out and say that you're cheap and can't afford someone instead of wasting everyone's time!! Get a salary range from them before interviewing here!!
