I got a call from the HR a few days back, and was set an meeting schedule through Google Calendar. In the interview, the HR asked me to take her through my profile. On seeing 2 switches post my MBA (both converging to an Advanced Analytics field), she termed my switches as mistakes. Well, this freaked me out.

The only round conducted was the HR interview, where only 1 question was asked that why I changed jobs every year. The thing which freaked me out was that the HR termed my switches as mistakes.
