Average. Basic standardized questions and math problems. Rudimentary markup tests. Interview did not seem very well thought out or thorough considering the job description. Personality test was taken afterward, which didn't seem to hold much gravity towards the position. Promises made for growth, increased pay. Both of which were complete lies down the road.
