The interview process consisted of an initial phone call, 2 follow-up interviews in person, a Press Release assignment, an online test, and a final offer. The interview process felt formal and thorough, although the online test felt somewhat irrelevant and unnecessary for a copywriting position, as none of the quiz questions related to this position. The interview process felt a little long. There were also three males in total that interviewed me, and I would have appreciated at least one person who identifies as a woman to be involved in the process.

Had a phone interview, then zoom and the last one was with the owner himself and his crew. The whole process was OK. I think I answered two or three things wrong. Then someone from inside told me they hired a Persian girl with no experience because she was the same nationality as the owner. Great right? This guy go to Canada to be a racist. This company should be investigated.
