      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Perficient (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di giu 2019

      Colloquio

      I applied through job portal for HR manager post in Nagpur. After a month, i received call for screening. Another month after, i received call for same day interview. During interview, i was told that requirement is for Engagement manager. We spoke about 3 hrs and being a SME, i provided scientific explanation for office stress, addiction issues. They claimed to lose 3 senior management people due to cardiac arrest in last 6 months. After this interview, i faced another round, discussed offer and designation. Recruiter summed up saying final decision will be made tomorrow. Recruiter responses were demotivating at few instances and I never received call. I dropped email to person who interviewed me. He responded saying your profile doesn't match with our requirement but we will create a special profile for you soon. 2 managers interviewed me and senior of them was highly aggressive, skeptical and carrying several stereotypes against women. He was not convinced about my single status and was trying to get information which he felt hidden. Both were not updated as per market standards. Frankly, no one says in interview that I can fire people. Senior manager was a typical alpha male and unbearable. Other one was softer & polite. I provided salary slips and salary increment letter also. This whole process puts up a question mark on the efficiency of whole system, people and process. A sensible person can easily guess toxicity in the environment.
