The interview process is extensive. Multiple interviews until you get to a Mock Sales Call. This Mock Sales call is to see if you can get rattled and back on point quickly. I'm not sure how much value I see in this, but it is well regarded internally by the company.
The process takes about a month, but Perficient is a good company once you put this behind you.

Invested several hours and had 5+ interviews, everything was moving at a reasonable pace. Provided a verbal offer and rescinded within 48 hours with no explanation.
Very bad handling of the situation and reflects badly on how to they manage candidates
