First of all, I had a great experience. Every step was conversational and the phone recruiter was helpful in every step along the way. The recruiter is your best ally, so be respectful and send follow up emails during the process about your status and what you can do. I applied in late March 2022. The interview was a three step process. The first is the initial phone screening, through which your recruiter will walk you through salary and job expectations. If you want to go to a specific team in the company, this is the time to tell your recruiter because he/she will contact the appropriate team for your next round. In your second round, you will talk to one of the architects in the team that you will be joining. Had no generic interview questions. I prepared a slide deck to showcase my analytical skills and most of the questions during the second process was derived from it. If you impress your second round, the third round with the director is more about introducing the team/what you can do for us. I received an offer about a week later the final round. Amazing experience and I am thankful that I am part of Perficient.

First round of the interview is phone call. The recruiter will explain the Campus Program, Salary, Compensation + Unlimited PTO (Which is actually 2 weeks only every break). If everything works, you will do an OA with 3 questions around 1h15min. The first 2 questions is relatively LeetCode easy-medium. Last one is a medium. I failed the last one. If you passed it, you will proceed to the second round.
