Met and discussed the position. Answered a few situational questions. Was given specifics on location of position and approximate compensation of desired position. Asked interviewer some questions. Was told things move really slow in hiring process and not to expect anything for at least a month. Was explained the rigors of the position in regards to time and effort needed to succeed in position.

Went thru 3 step process. Offer was made but not match experience level. The people seem good and willing but when it came down to it they did not meet expectations and did not care that they misled.
