I was emailed to set up an interview time and responded within 24 hours with my availability and thanking the individual for the opportunity, but was never contacted again by the district sales manager. This was very unprofessional in my opinion: if you can't even get a response from management in the interview process I can't imagine the lack of support they plan on giving an individual who accepts a position. Perhaps this is partially why PFG is substantially smaller than its competitors.

It was three rounds, one with HR, then what would be my manager, then the VP of sales. Very easy and streamlined process, and they quickly got back to me.
