There is a call with the recruiter and she asks if you have experience in certain areas even if you listed those experiences in your resume or application. Most of the things she said was a lot of fluff especially when she asked me what I expected for my salary.

They asked me the same questions on the application like whether I needed a Visa and whether I had any experience in Excel and other tech. They asked me how much I wanted to be compensated but it was mostly the interviewer talking.
