Internal recruiter contacted me online. Then had about a 30 minute phone interview with recruiter who asked me to come in. Had one round of in person interviews with 3 people .Interview questions were not that structured. Received offer the same week.

Very easy going and friendly staff who want to know how you would fit in the team and the company. Interview is with Manager who have been in the company for a few years and good judge of character
