Group interview with different stages of individual and group setting evaluations. Very unique and interesting. One of my best experiences for an interview so far. There may be some skills testing on your basic knowledge of engineering and problem solving, but these exercises are made very fun and enjoyable while still being challenging. Also, the company makes sure to really inform you of all they have to offer in the construction industry, what products they provide their customers, and their aim as a company to reach certain goals.

I applied through indeed. the process took 3 weeks. Phone interview then I was called for an in person interview. They just asked me about my research experience, extracurricular activities, and few other things on my resume.

First a phone call with a senior engineer, then met with lead engineer and a senior engineer, then spoke with the engineering manager. Each of the interviews seemed like a mix of skills and fit questions. It's a small office, so they want the right people.
