Colloquio
1st Stage: (~30 mins) phone call with external recruiter asking questions about background, sales experience to date then follow-up call arranged with TravelPerk if both parties determine a good fit
2nd Stage: (~1 hour) Google Meet call for up to an hour with in-house recruiter where similar, but more in-depth questions were asked relating to experience, metrics, strengths/weaknesses, achievements and knowledge about TravelPerk.
3rd Stage: (~45 mins) Google Meet call with Sales Team Lead; two mock calls that utilise sales experience and product knowledge. Follow-up questions at the end on strengths/weaknesses and why you want to work for TravelPerk.
4th Stage: (~1 hour) On-site interview with Sales Team Lead and VP of Sales. Questions asked covered strengths/weaknesses, achievements, knowledge on company and competitors.
All in all, this has been one of my most positive interview experiences to date - they were extremely efficient and quick with feedback, with every person being professional, forthcoming with questions asked of them and overall a pleasure to talk to.
