I was contacted by a recruiter (he worked at Perkin Elmer). I asked if it was a remote position forever, the recruiter told me it was. I have another Teams call with the person who would have been my boss (let's call him Technical Leader), he pushed me to do a technical test that weekend. Also, he told me that the position was not full remote (first lie). After the technical test, I had an 1-2 hour interview with all the team, reviewing the code I wrote. A couple of weeks after this final interview, I wrote an email to the Technical Leader asking about an update in the process. He told me that during that week they were going to make a decision, they were going to keep me updated and it was a month ago, so I guess I have been ghosted. They use Workday as the platform where you can check your application. In my case, its status is "under consideration".
