1st round of interview on the phone with HR (around 25-30min) 2nd round with manager via Teams (>45 min) Both interviews went well, the manager explained the next step of the recruitment process and said they would contact me. Never heard of them, they completely ghosted me and ignored my follow-up email. It is ok not being selected for the job, but just sending an email to let the applicant know is the bare minimum. Disappointing.
