uncoordinated. spoke to many people but its was not clear what the next steps would be or who the decision maker was. finally got offer after several rounds. Was greeted by the receptionist and then had to wait for a long time before I was led to a conference room. I was interviewed by 3 people. The interview lasted about 30 - 60 minutes each. I could tell that some of them had NOT read my resume!! Asked me some surprising questions about my qualifications and what skills I possessed. After the interview, I was given a tour around the building.

Applied online with an employee referral. I was shortlisted and had the interview online. Two employees interviewed me, honestly they were nice. I was a little nervous in the beginning, but it all went away after 10mins. Introduced myself and they asked me to go through two projects in my portfolio. They spoke about the company and answered my questions. Part of me knew I wouldn't get through because I sensed a weird energy coming from one interviewee.
