The overall process was good. The questions were balanced between competency based and situational. I felt the interview was quite personal and felt the questions were tailored to the information they already knew about me. The interviews were done with the hiring manager only and I think it would be of benefit to have a HR representative present. I felt the feedback session post-interview was where the improvement could be
