The interview was good, however choosing any internal candidate in the end of it was a bummer. Never make an outsider be benchmark on someone internal as they would always have a better understanding of the brand.

The process was really straight forward. I submitted the application at the online portal, after they reached out for a quick call, after that half hour with HR, call with team and then supervisor.
