Strengths? Weaknesses? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Explain your resume. What is an improvement you made in safety, quality, and productivity?
You interview with a HR and then if you pass the screen you get to talk with your future super. Easy questions but you can’t deny someone if you never asked them to turn on the camera. It’s weird as * to only have the applicant turn their camera on.

Applied through an employee referral and was emailed the following week to set up a phone interview with HR. Was asked mostly about my past experiences and how they would translate to this job. Also got standard questions about strengths and weaknesses and salary expectations.
