First their was a very basic phone interview with HR, then presentation to a panel from the department, then we did breakouts with panel members for 1:1 interviews.
Presentation was not to demonstrate presentation skills, it was to provide basic background info so the 1:1 interviews were more efficient (a very good idea).
All questions were situation/behavior based, e.g. tell me about a time when you...dealt with an unhappy customer/missed a project timeline/had to make a decision when you lacked all the information.
