The interview was easy, all they as is prior work experience. They don't really require previous work experience at all. This is many peoples first job. They are looking for hard working and reliable people. They also asked about availability. Working weekends is a must.

The interview was at the Perry's Restaurant in a Private Room. The interviewer asked me my experience. Then went over several questions about hosting and food service. She followed a manual and made notes. The final questions were my reactions to certain scenarios.
