I was contacted by a recruiter about a potential job opportunity and I found the role interesting.
There are 2 technical/managerial rounds followed by 1 client and 1 HR round.
First round was a telephonic round and was an hour long and covered detailed Salesforce discussion and role based discussion. Second round was a Techno managerial round and covered Salesforce implementation, role fitment and evaluation of business/product analysis skills. I cleared both the rounds and next one was going to be a client round. After the second interview, I was informed that internal process is completed and there would be a HR discussion before having the client round. Fast forward, next up was discussion with HR. We discussed the salary components and breakup and I was told that a draft version will be shared with me for a review. From that moment, I have not heard back from the HR or the recruiter.
I was very exciting about this opportunity but I feel I wasted my time undergoing the interview process and attending multiple calls in between regarding the same. That's a very unprofessional behaviour.

Got a call for 1st round, interviewer and HR didn't show trust. My internet connection lost in between and Teams app was completely frozen, I was not able disconnect also. After reconnecting, they directly asked me to rotate my laptop camera around the room to confirm that if I am cheating or what. This was pathetic behavior from the interviewers. I never saw such kind of things happening in any of the interviews from another companies that I faced. I suggest if you have doudt you should have ended the call by giving the reason instead of taking a look of the personal area of the candidate. These are rude ethics.
