Die Bewerbungsgespräche liefen respektvoll und es herrschte durchgehende eine angenehme Stimmung. Von Culture Interview bis hin zur Präsentation war alles äußerst angenehm. Das finale Grandparentinterview war jedoch enttäuschend mit der Leitung Commerce. Auf Punkte wurden nicht eingegangen und es wirkte eher wie ein "vibe check", den beide Seiten nicht bestanden haben.

I recently had the opportunity to interview with Personio, and I want to share my positive experience with the company's recruitment process. The application process was smooth and professional. After submitting my application, I progressed through 3 rounds of interviews (there's a total of 5), which included a challenging case study. the case study involved Objective & Priorities First 90 Days, Sequencing & Go to Market Motion and Coaching and Development One aspect that stood out was the transparency and open communication throughout the process. The HR representative, provided feedback over a call of what went wrong, I loved this as it showcased a genuine interest in candidates' growth and development. While I did not ultimately secure the position, the feedback I received was constructive and insightful. It was communicated that they were seeking a candidate with a more assertive or aggressive approach, and this information was delivered in a respectful and constructive manner. Overall, my experience with Personio's interview process was positive.

Very fast process (though interview and content heavy), easy communication, and quick reaction when something went wrong with a link. Flexibility to accommodate my schedule and my deadline regarding a decision. I felt like it was a very well thought through process.
