Very quick interview process with case study and presentation after. Great exchanges with the team head on the direction and goal of the team. Really cool feedback session with the HR team after the case study presentation. The hiring flow and the waiting time in between is very quick.

Sehr freundlich, ehrlich und offenes erstes Gespräch. U.a. durch die Transparenz, dass ein Wechsel in andere interne Teams bei dieser Stelle für die nächsten 2 Jahre nicht möglich sei, wurde mir klar kommuniziert, was die Erwartungshaltung und Kultur sein würde.
Aus persönlichen Gründen habe ich mich dann gegen weitere Interviews entschieden und andere Gespräche vertieft.
