I applied online for the position. Then their HR intern contacted me for the position via LinkedIn again. HR intern sent me the calendar link. we just talked for 15 minutes and then he rejected me without letting me talk to any Hiring Manager. That is the weirdest experience I have ever so far -I've interviewed more than 20 companies so far- I also mailed them for follow-up as well. They did not get back to me, did not give me any real reason for that. The point I dont get it is first that HR intern messaged me over linkedin and said "I and our hiring manager impressed by your profile". How is it possible that hiring manager impressed by my profile and one HR intern judged me fully -somehow- in 15 minutes and rejected me? I also attended the interviews when I was inter/JR but I was just observing. I think this is something Personio should change.
