First interview was with the HR, she was easy to talk to and made the process stress free. The next two interviews are with the team so one with the director and one with a senior.

How do you deal with customers in a stressful situation?
A phone call with the head of the team, and then a 2-ish hour interview with multiple different team members- maybe 6 interviews in all, asking some technical questions about using ServiceNow and some behavioral questions about my experience and general self.
