Face to face interview, met with the CEO, and the CFO. Was provided a tour of the facility and a general overview of the operation. There was discussion of where the company was, the difficulties it was currently facing after a very long and time consuming system change over. Their target goals for the upcoming year and what expectations were set for the role which I was interviewing.
