There were three stages to the process 1. Interview with Allianz recruiter. 2. Interview with department leader. 3. Mock call interview with department leader. Overall it was a good experience until they cancelled my recruitment process during the last stage, "internal issues". Regardless of this reason, I'm sure they know how draining job hunting can be especially when they have x amount of stages in their process to pass through themselves . On top of that sending me an unsuccessful confirmation email proves to me that they are covering their tracks to keep up appearances. Everything does happen for a reason and I'm glad I got to see beyond face value with this organisation.
