It was an easy interview. Be yourself, answer honestly. Was hired on the spot. Asked if afraid of any animals and asked basic problem solving questions. It didn’t take too long either.

Online application, resume, interview, and silence. Super easy. The manager seemed nice, but was definitely distracted. The Only negative was no follow up. A non-selection phone call or email would have been nice.

The interview process is very relaxed. 1-2 interviews typically. Show some personality. They want to see you're approachable and able to carry a conversation. Remember, they want people who are customer focused and will get along well in many different team dynamics.
