It was a simple process. I went in for an interview with two managers (one was being trained) and was asked a few questions and offered the job the same day. It was a simple interview with basic questions. I had no experience in retail but I did with animals and they seemed happy about that.
Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.

very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.

I applied online and had an interview with the assistant store leader. I was supposed to have another interview with the store leader but they called me with the job offer before that. The interview happened in the dog training room.
