Was given two interviews the same day then offered a job on the spot. It was pretty easy and laid back. One of the easiest interviews I've ever had. They asked a lot of name an experience questions and they wanted specific examples.

We sat down and talked about my resume casually, then they ask about your sales experience and kind of "role play" some interactions with a customer. They also ask some pretty basic interview questions, like what are your strengths and weaknesses.

There were multiple managers from other locations with at least three different tables. As it progressed if they were satisfied you moved on to the next table and at the end was given a drug test to take and based on the results I knew I had the job. I found that the managers were not as they appeared to be at the interview than they were once the store opened for business.
