I called in response to an ad. They asked me to come in. i met with the hiring manager and was hired on the spot. They asked a couple of questions about my schedule and experience. Then they gave me a tour of the store and a handbook to learn about each department.

Good interview. Ask a lot of good very insightful questions. Cares about who they were talking to. Would recommend talking with this company. Was not hard at all. Just be prepared.
