Had a friend that worked at the store I was applying to. Since he knew the management it got my file pushed up to the top. Also It helped that I walked in a talked to several of the other managers first before applying to get my name and face in their heads. I then applied online and then waited for a phone call. Once I got a call they set up an interview at the store.
It was very forward and opening. I loved how she was patient with me and understanding. We had a lot in common with having dogs growing up and taking care of them properly.

Very easy. Interview was a breeze. Interviewer was very easy to talk to. Felt very comfortable during the whole process. I have nothing bad to say. Offered me a job on the spot

They did an initial phone screening which included a few basic questions then I met the person who did the phone screening then I met the store leaders before they offered me the job a few days later.
