The manager asked me a few questions about my work history and why I wanted to work at PetSmart. She handed me a lint roller and asked me how I would sell it. Went for a drug test that day.
Short and to the point in terms of how you handle situations and customers. Offer guidance in what they are looking for. Prior experience is not necessary but will always help.

Nice friendly 3 interviews asked normal questions chatted a bit just waiting on a call back. Friendly staff and communication is important to them which I am glad about.
Went in for my first interview with one person then second with another and waiting on my third.
