Very fast, was recommended to apply for a different position rather than what I applied for based on my resume, store manager seemed friendly, lasted about 5 minutes and seemed like I'd get an offer after I applied for the other position recommended to me.

I was called in for an initial interview with the assistant store manager, and then a second interview with the general store manager. The interview with the assistant store manager was fun and fairly casual. The interview with the store manager was more formal. The store manager asked very few questions except "Tell me about yourself", whereas the assistant store manager asked many questions about my interests and what I would be comfortable with.
