Pretty casual. Awesome main office. Brief interview regarding sales background with Sales Director then his brother. Saw Pete briefly, busy fella. Interview was probably 10 questions per person. Took about 2 hrs.
Submitted resume online on company web site. Was contacted within a few days and started the interview process over "skype". Then completed personality test before moving forward to 1 on 1 interview.
