I applied to job using naukari.com, after selecting my resume, they called me for face to face interview, Interviewer was cool and looks so talented. She asked good and tricky questions about .net
Then there after cracking the interview, there was HR round, they pay you as per your knowledge and experience.

Colloquio
I have given interviews in many companies, but I found best in this company is Humanity and treatment to interviewees.
Many big MNC don't even offer water, tea or any other stuff. I had stay hungry for the whole day for other interviews .
But at Pethkar System, there was a water bottle already kept for me. Then at 11 am around they offered me a cup of tea. At 1.30 to 2, they offered a wrap for lunch and again tea at evening. I never see this type of gesture in MNC's.
They shortlisted me via a telephonic round, then after selection I had to give clients ability test then a small application for machine test. Then final face to face technical interview was taken by CEO itself. CEO is very young and brilliant, asked very tricky questions. You can answer these questions only if you have knowledge.
