The recruiting team was very welcoming and helpful. The hiring manager was very professional but personable, however the overall interview process was VERY lengthy. I should note that I did travel to their offices from out of state but from my initial interview with HR to my last interview with the CEO I underwent a total of TEN rounds of interviews. EIGHT of which were in the same day. The day I was on sight I was given a break for lunch with the hiring manager where I was offered a bowl of soup or a sandwich and was interviewed again while I ate. It was a very grueling day. I understand that I traveled there and they want to be through, but by the end I am not quite sure I was even supplying the interviewers with coherent answers! lol. The content of the interviews were not difficult, just SO MANY of them! The company seems to be on a good trajectory with the new leadership team and they have some good ideas on forward strategy. They have the potential to be a great company. You also get to bring your pup to work so that's a win!
