You will interview with multiple people of which a few have no idea what your job entails or how to perform the job that they are interviewing you for.

I was called after meeting the recruiter at a job fair. He seemed very excited to start the formal interview process. He verbally set a date & time to meet with him and the sales director on the same day. I received 3 emails with no content and finally a calendar request 4 minutes before the actual interview. At the first interview I was told I'd be contacted later that day to reschedule with the sales director. Same string of emails with no content. I declined to move forward at that time.
