Was contacted by a recruiting agency (Global Rhymes) after I had submitted an application and this has to be the worst interview process I have ever been through. The recruiter was contacting me non-stop before the interview, but I sent multiple emails and texts after I interviewed, which led to no response. The interview in itself was fairly bad. They went straight into very obscure questions about the role with no background knowledge. There are different industries that adhere to different contracts so a little more information would've helped in answering questions. They also didn't ask anything about personal experiences or past work that coincides with the position. One of the interviewers was emphasizing that the company is diverse and has a culture. But when I stepped into that office I saw no "diversity" and from the interview I didn't get the idea of a good culture.
