Initial interview with directors and senior managers in the firm followed by a full day assessment centre involving various technical and non-technical individual and team exercises. Both stages were carried out in person at the new headquarters in Guildford.

Very nice people, insightful interview and assessment centre experience. Challenging, company is clearly seems to invest heavily in the growth and nurturing of their employees. Questions involved a review of past experience as well as some practical physics and maths based problems. Provided feedback upon request following assessment centre.
