I was contacted the day after submitting my application online to set up a phone interview. First interview took place 3 days later with the pre-existing manager. The interview felt like more of a conversation, laid back but covered skills and experience. I was told that the current manager would reach out in a few days for a separate interview to see if she felt I'd be a good fit for the team. I received the second call a week later asking to come in for the second interview and a chance to check out the treatment area. Second interview was a two person interview which had more of your typical interview questions but was still enjoyable and very inviting. Afterwards I was allowed to tour the facilities and shadow some technicians in the back and meet the doctors who were present that day. First interview was 30 min. Second interview was 2.5 hours including the time spent shadowing. Received a call with an offer 3 days later.
