Someone who knew that Pfeiffer was hiring introduced me via email to one of the principals. I scheduled an interview for when I was in town visiting and met with the principal and an associate. We went through my portfolio and they showed me the office. The principal said they would call me within the week and I was called and offered a position 2 days later. Overall a great experience and meeting the people who worked at the firm solidified that I wanted to be a part of their team.

The interview was with one of the partners and they were very kind and easy to talk to. They did their research on my work experience, and so for the interview, we jumped right into talking about some of my work samples. Following that, we had a conversation about how their firm works and they answered my questions or addressed how their company could help me reach any personal career goals.
